When filling out the contact form, it is important to be as detailed as possible.
Please include the following details in you entry:

• Quantities
• Garment name/code & color 
• Print type (embroidery, screen printing, digital transfer)
• Print colour/s
• Positioning/Placement
• Due date/Deadline
• Logo/Design digital file
